Swanswell Park is in bad shape!

On Tuesday 6pm a few of us are meeting at Creams because we really care about this park and want to think about what we can do to make it better.

Swanswell started as a medieval fishpond in the 1200s and was given to the city as a public park in 1880, so it has belonged to local people for nearly 150 years.

It is the gateway into Hillfields from town and is one of the areas few large green spaces.

It desperately needs some TLC and some friends to help it access funding and keep it clean and safe for people to enjoy the outdoors.

Hope to see you there! Will keep everyone posted about how this campaign develops.

"PLEASE share. There's a beautiful Indian woman who works at a local shop in Foleshill. I don't wish to say which one as I don't wish to embarass her. I go in every day to buy any odd item just to see her. Whenever I see her at the checkout my mouth goes dry and I can barely speak. My hands start shaking and I mumble. I always walk out feeling like I've made a fool of myself. I've never felt this way about anyone before. How can I even begin to ask her out when I can't stop shaking in her presence? Is this normal? How do i overcome this lack of confidence around this woman?"

Seven lives lost in devastating A66 crash

A devastating crash on the A66 near Middlesbrough has claimed the lives of seven people.

Five people travelling in a Volkswagen Passat — Michael Robert Cahill, Jacob Matusiak, Makai Saddington, Theo Rae and Cole Robert Worthy — died when the vehicle, travelling on the wrong side of the carriageway, collided with a marked Cleveland Police vehicle in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Also killed were Cleveland Police officers PC Matthew Blades, 37, and PC Tom Clough, 38, who were travelling in the police vehicle.

The crash happened at around 3.39am near South Bank. Police had earlier been pursuing the Passat, but that pursuit was brought to an end shortly before the fatal collision. The Independent Office for Police Conduct is now investigating what happened.

Whatever the circumstances, seven families are now facing an unimaginable loss. Thoughts are with the families, friends and colleagues of everyone who died.

We need to clear something up. Some people think we're the "Muslim Defence League".

No such group exists today. They did exist during the days of the EDL and were made up of young Muslim lads as a counter to the EDLs hate. But that was years ago.

We have no affiliation to them or any of their members.

Saw You On Foleshill Road is made up of several extremely handsome Muslim brothers and we have a female admin on board who rarely posts because she doesn't like the abuse we get from the Far Right.

Are we defenders of Muslims and minorities? Absolutely.

Are we the Muslim Defence League? No.

We're going to put this to bed once and for all. A few people have asked why we don't mention Mohinder Takar on our page for his Anti-White racism.

It's because the guy is clearly suffering from severe mental illness. People on the streets think its funny to mock and provoke him into his outbursts. Just leave him alone and he'll go away.

You can see he's clearly not right in the head.

Yesterday we put up a post about an older Coventry racist who was at Danny Tommos meeting. We've been asked to take it down by a brother who trains at Lions Gym who will speak to the coaches to address how they deal with this, as he says he doesn't believe the coaches were aware of his racist background.

Can we also just ask coaches who follow our page, please be careful of who your training. The neo n***s in Coventry are active but lack heart. So with their training they wont be brave enough to confront the men, they're more likely to attack our sisters daughters and mothers. So we're having to train the women in our families to defend themselves from the racists you guys are traiining. Just let that sink in.
