Surprise Encounter

As we’re coming up to Christmas, this is a reminder to be *very* careful about what sites you use. Many sites are popping up on my feed advertising perfect presents for Christmas. Some are outright scams, others having dubious reviews and others are flagged as suspected scams. Make sure you investigate any company before you order from them - usually as easy as googling ‘[company name] reviews’.

I was going to post a photo of some I’ve come across, but I don’t want to defame any company that I’m not 100% certain of as being a scam. I still certainly wouldn’t order from them though.

Be careful out there and if something seems too good to be true, then it is.
