A wee update on my (Liz) whereabouts. I will now be working at Alpine Bikes/Tiso in Perth. So you know where to go when your bike needs some TLC. Hopefully I’ll see the regulars there, Spyro will be coming to work with me once I have the workshop set up for him.

As we are closing down we are selling a lot more than just bikes and accessories. Our electric bike stand and parts washer are also for sale, as well as all of our tools. All of them for sale at much cheaper than cost price so please get in touch if you are interested.

It is Liz's last day today and we wish her all the best for the future.

Until we close for good we will only be able to do minor workshop jobs.
We also now have at least 50% off all of our remaining parts.

Our opening hours will now need to change slightly.

For next week we will be open:

Tue 10am-6pm
Wed 9am-1pm
Fri 2pm-6pm
Sat 10am-4pm

Our biggest bargain is the Cube Attain Pro. Was £1099, now just £500. We have a 53, 56 and 58 left so we have one to suit most sizes.

We can't keep up with the phone calls and emails we are getting at the moment so if you can't reach us you are best coming and having a look at what is on offer.

ANNOUNCEMENT

We’re sad to confirm that the Strathmore Cycle Hub will cease to trade from mid-May. Current market conditions have made running the Hub on a profitable basis very difficult, with increased costs and less demand for new bikes.

All existing repairs and maintenance orders will be fulfilled, and there will be a closing down sale of the cycling stock, including bikes, with at least 50% off everything, starting 15th April. Existing Hub function room bookings will be honoured, but regrettably no new bookings can be accepted.

We appreciate the importance of the Hub site to the local community and will be interested in discussing its future with any interested parties.
