A little Miss E Vintage update 🤍

First of all, sorry I’ve been so quiet lately. I’ve had a bit of a turn with my health and have needed to take things a little slower than usual.

I promise I haven’t disappeared though! I’ll be working my way through messages and getting back to everyone over the coming days. Thank you so much for being patient with me. 🤍

And while I’ve been taking things slowly, I’ve been having a little play with my own jewellery…

I already love creating costume and vintage charm stacks, but I’m thinking about taking them one step further and branching into precious metals. ✨

I’m currently building my own little stack on a silver chain, and it’s got me thinking about how lovely it would be to create completely personal pieces for other people too.

Sterling silver, gold, vermeil and beautiful vintage charms - all chosen to mean something to you.

✨ Meet the face behind Miss E Vintage ✨

Since I last checked, there’s nearly a 100 more of you which I simply can’t believe 🥹

So I thought I’d introduce myself,

Hi, I’m Elle🤍

First and foremost, I’m mam to my gorgeous daughter, Amelia. She inspires so much of what I do and reminds me every day why it’s important to chase your passions.

By day, I work in Local Government, but before that I trained in psychology and qualified as a Mental Health Practitioner, working within the NHS. Supporting people has always been a huge part of who I am, and I still carry that compassion into everything I do.

My love of vintage jewellery started long before Miss E Vintage. It came from my maternal grandmother, who taught me that jewellery isn’t just an accessory - it’s a collection of memories, stories and moments that deserve to be treasured and passed on.

Growing up, I was happiest watching black and white films and classic musicals. I’ve always been drawn to timeless elegance, beautiful craftsmanship and the charm of things that have stood the test of time.

I love making things, crafting, designing and bringing ideas to life. Whether it’s creating bespoke charm bracelets, styling jewellery, or coming up with experiences like my Charm Bar, Miss E Vintage gives me the perfect outlet for that creativity.

I also have ADHD, which means my mind is constantly full of ideas! It can be chaotic at times, but it’s also where my curiosity, passion and creativity come from.

One thing that’s really important to me is sustainability. I genuinely believe we don’t always need to create something new to own something beautiful. There is already so much incredible jewellery in the world waiting to be loved again. I’d much rather rescue a forgotten piece, restore it, and find it its next home than contribute to a world of fast fashion and disposable trends.

For me, Miss E Vintage isn’t just about selling jewellery. It’s about preserving history, celebrating craftsmanship, reducing waste and helping people find pieces they’ll wear, love and maybe one day pass on to someone else.
