FAKE PRODUCTS

So we are asked a lot of we sell the Labubus foil?

Well when we say No we are told ‘Such and Such a person sells them’
So please let me explain why we don’t knowingly sell non licensed products… BECAUSE ITS AGAINST THE LAW its that simple, we have a reputation that we have built up for many years and we pride ourselves on not only protecting our business but also in protecting YOURS, and yes some wholesalers may sell them and call them some obscure name but really??? Do you want to ruin your reputation for the sake of making a couple of ££ because they will let you!
There are other reasons reputable wholesalers wont sell them and that is because the quality is woeful and the inks used are potentially damaging to a Childs health.
I would like to think that organisations such as bapiaparty and nabasuk who are here to champion our industry would have a word with the said wholesalers or even revoke their membership, hopefully this is something they’re considering.
If you have any questions on any products you’re unsure of please reach out to your chosen balloon artist or even trading standards who will help, I notice today on the BBC News website that over 230,000 fake labubus were seized by trading standards in the last 12 months, (Link Below) we also have a customer who has recently had trading standards in his store and had his balloons seized, balloons he had bought thinking they were genuine and now I can almost guarantee he will be getting lots of visits off his local trading standards

Of the 259,000 fake toys seized so far this year, 236,000 were counterfeit Labubus, the Home Office says.
