For those of you joining us tomorrow for the Harlyn Half & Long 10k 2026 in support of Padstow Rowing Club, here is a couple of reminders for you:

7am - Half Marathon Reg opens at Harlyn.
8am - Half Marathon starts.
9am - Long 10k Reg opens in Padstow.
10am - Long 10k starts.

All runners on both distances must have fluid in the form of a bottle or bladder at race registration in order to be issued your race bib.

No Fluid, No Race, No Exceptions.

There is a water station at the Half Marathon turnaround point in Padstow with fluids plus Salt & Sugar snacks. The next water point is at the finish for both distances.

Bigpanparties will be offering you 10% off of your order on race day when you show your medal!
Summer Salt Cornwall will be there at the finish with their amazing medals, trophies & works of art, pop over and say hi!!
