This is going to be unmissable!

🦖 10 DAYS TO GO! 🦕

The countdown is officially on! Get ready to travel back 65 million years as Jurassic Day stomps into Coleraine Town Centre on Saturday 15 August, from 1pm - 3pm.

Here’s what you can expect:
🦖 A towering 15ft Raptor
🦕 A gigantic Triceratops
🥚 A nursery full of adorable baby dinosaurs, including a baby T-Rex, tiny Raptors and a young Stegosaurus
📸 Amazing photo opportunities
🎓 Interactive prehistoric fun for all ages

But the dinosaurs are only part of the adventure…

There’ll be LOTS happening right across the town centre, with local businesses joining in the fun with dinosaur-themed activities, experiences and surprises for the whole family.

We are delighted to have Edna O'Brien's The Country Girls as our Irish Book of the Month for August.
This is the first novel in Edna O'Brien's trilogy which revolutionised Irish literature in the 1960s. Banned by the authorities as 'indecent' and burned by the clergy, they were notorious for their frank portrayal of sexual desire: but scandal turned to fame, and made this glorious coming-of-age tale an instant classic that inspires and delights readers to this day.
