This is a sample I’ve made for a potential customer who is naming all of the tables at their wedding after Greek Islands. I’ve cut this from 4mm medite with a 6mm medite base . It can be left rustic like in the picture or can be painted in line with the colour scheme of your event.
These can be cut from lots of different materials including coloured greencast acrylics and the size is very much up to you. The words are clearly your choice!

Happy New Year Folks
2021 saw The Crafty Boo grow quite considerably - I’ve always had faith in what I was doing and I’ll not lie I’m still on a huge massive learning curve but feel like I’m getting there now.
You all know I make a lot of personalised items but sometimes there is a “special request” that quite honestly blows you away and restores your faith in humans lol. I’m not sure how old Merci Duffyis? but this Prosecco holder/glass holder request with that message for her Mum blew me away just before Christmas. I’m pretty sure Tracy Duffy would have been a little choked to receive it. Pandora is a pony by the way and I know first hand the work that goes into keeping those 4 legged things happy.
Anyway I felt this was an incredibly heart felt gesture from a daughter to her Mum and she totally meant it!

Back to the Future - Part 17
Skipped Valentines yesterday and dived straight on into Easter!
Figured I better make a wee effort for Valentines after all!
Watch this space boys and surprise the lady in your life with a personalised hand painted single everlasting rose! These little beauties will not end up in the compost bin!

That’s Christmas done and dusted - Phewwww!
Skipped Valentines momentarily and yesterday decided WTF - Let’s dive straight on into Easter with a new build it yourself flat pack 3D Easter delight for the kiddies or adults. I’ll not lie I genuinely enjoyed creating this, putting this together and painting it.
Base is made from 6mm Medite (wood)
Big Bunny and tree is made from 4mm Medite (wood)
13 x Eggs made from 3mm Medite (wood)
A bit of acrylic paint and glue and “Bunny not Bob is your Uncle” - job done!
A lot healthier as a gift than a chocolate egg!

You’ve got to hand it to me, I’ll do anything to avoid starting that tax return lol

Well I sincerely hope the stock taker is not at Scoutscroft right now as I’ve got some of the expensive booze from the cellar at Boo’s Hoose! I could invite folks round for a wee party! tee hee! 10 years ago if I had asked anybody if I could borrow a bottle of wine, bottle of prosecco and a bottle of champers their response would have ended with “off” lol
It’s handy having a wee bar job with decent bosses.

Been making personalised wine holders, Prosecco holders and coasters from 4mm oak veneer this morning as a special request for a customer.
Now I’ve sorted my file for these I can make these with absolutely anything you want written on them, even sweary words lol (I love a swear word!)

It’s not too late to order these!
Christmas can be a really tricky time for a lot of people. You reflect on loved ones who are no longer with us. I love these Christmas decorations, personalise them with any name you want and reserve that chair for them in front of the Christmas tree. Mum, Dad, Gran, Son, Daughter - Any name at all!
Light a candle although a much better idea would he to switch on a battery operated tea light. I’ve made these from 3mm birch ply and minimum assembly is required. I’ll package them nicely in a nice box. I’m also happy to post these out directly to your loved ones as gifts on your behalf. A truly thoughtful gift, no question about it.
