She would love to see existing clients and some new faces attend a day of relaxation, talks on anxiety, confidence and fashion. Above all the day is to promote wellness, by stepping out of your comfort zone and trying new holistic approaches.

Tickets are limited and are going quickly so if you are interested please get in touch ❤️

Maybe it’s a recent breakup, or a build up of feelings that’s just all become too much to cope with on your own.

Perhaps you are carrying a silent pain that you wish the people around you could see.

Maybe you are tired of not feeling understood by those closest to you. I wonder if you have lost your trust in others, and reaching out for help often feels impossible.

There is no need to wait passively for the next instructions or for the conditions to be right before you take your own positive initiatives forward. Look for ways to make your life more pleasant, harmonious and effective right now. By working on our relationship with ourselves and taking charge of our healing, our responses and our destiny, we can begin to bring about the changes, both personal and collective, that we wish to see in this world.

Lots of new ACL courses this month so hopefully see some of you online soon.
