Formed in 2009, the band is Colchester's only civilian pipe band and has proudly represented the city at prestigious events across the UK and Europe, including the annual Operation Market Garden commemorations in Arnhem, Holland.

Celebrate 100 years of Colchester Morris!

Founded in 1926, Colchester Morris is marking its centenary in 2026 with a special day of traditional dance, joined by Morris sides from across the region.

On Saturday 27th June, performances will take place across the city from 10am, finishing with a mass display at the bandstand in Castle Park at 4pm.

We’re pleased to welcome them to Culver Square at 10am and 11am, where you can catch the dancing up close.

Meet a beekeeper, explore a live hive, and get creative with wildflower seed bombs

🐝Hive and Seek Trail, 22nd - 28th June
Pick up a trail sheet from Smiggle, explore the square and find all of the hidden bee facts and letters to unscramble the secret word for your chance to win a £50 gift card. Pop your trail sheet into the post box at TOAST coffee.
