Faith Naked FKN Neptune Baby Jumbo Natural All Solid Acoustic Guitar & Padded Gigbag

This Faith Neptune model is based upon Patrick James Eggle's highly acclaimed 'Saluda' shape.
A Baby-Jumbo size with a 16" lower bout, the Neptune is the perfect model for those seeking acoustic power without the physical bulk of a full-sized Jumbo.

The Spruce top and Mahogany body of each of the Faith Naked instruments is 100% solid tonewood – in keeping with all other Faith series.
However, the cosmetics and non-essential dressing has been stripped away, leaving the guitars in their natural, Naked state. Satin finished all over, the tonewood is almost entirely unrestricted in its resonant movement, so the tone delivered is far beyond what is normally expected at this price level.

This is the Faith Nomad FDS Mini-Saturn Dreadnought Natural All Solid Travel Electro Acoustic Guitar & Gigbag.

Small-scale powerhouses with a scale length of 590mm, Faith Nomad models are designed for those players who want and need to travel frequently with their guitar, but don't want to compromise on sound quality.

This Faith Guitar is fitted with a Fishman Isys-T preamp (named Presys-T from 2019), and sonicore pickup. The output jack is combined with the strap button with a battery box fitted to the base of the guitar. The preamp features a Tuner, a contour button - choosing a flat EQ or a scooped EQ , and a phase button.

And to finish the whole thing off, each Nomad guitar comes complete in a specially made gigbag!

It is not as loud and punchy as rosewood nor as straightforwardly mellow as mahogany, yet it bears its own distinctive warmth. The overall tone could be described as dark and moody.
Mango trees grow freely right across the Indonesian archipelago, so the timbers used on Blue Moon guitars are sourced close to our workshops in Java, Indonesia, and as always, from certified timber merchants. Focusing solely on Patrick James Eggle's historic acoustic body shapes, the new Faith PJE Legacy Series guitars set a new bar for professional excellence.
The Sitka Spruce tops of these guitars have been kiln-aged through a process of torrefaction or torrefication. They also feature solid high-figure, Flamed Maple bindings, Figured Ebony fingerboards and bridges, and bone nuts, saddles and bridge pins. Also for the first time in our history each guitar has a solid Figured Ebony pickguard.
Aurally, it produces a rich, mellow tone with a mature voicing and with the guitar also taking on a golden-caramel colouring, this series radiates an authentic, grown-up vibe.

Faith FG2 Legacy Series models pair the wonderfully mature aesthetic and tonal character of kiln-aged Sitka Spruce tops with truly stunning highly-figured, book-matched 2-piece Rosewood back and sides. This combination delivers on all fronts, offering exceptional visual beauty and producing a rich, seasoned tone with a bright, articulate charm and bags of clarity.

The Sitka Spruce tops of these guitars have been kiln-aged through a process of torrefaction or torrefication. The Spruce is air dried before being roasted in a kiln with precise controls over atmospheric and oxygen levels to reduce its moisture content. Then as the wood cools, precise amounts of moisture are re-introduced to the wood. The resulting timber is more stable always good when used as a topwood - and aurally, it produces a rich, mellow tone with a mature voicing which would take perhaps 20 years of waiting to achieve under normal circumstances. Treating Spruce this way has its benefits on the way it looks too with it taking on a golden-caramel colouring that sees this series radiate an authentic, grown-up vibe.
