I took two beach ballet skirts with me on holiday, but lived in this one! 🇪🇸

I’m off on one last trip with the youngest before it’s back to school next week.

I’ve been practicing what I preach, I’ve rested, I’ve eaten lots of ice cream, I’ve moved my body 💪🏼

As adults we always tend to want perfection, to reach goals as quick as possible.
Never forget to stop and see how far you’ve come!
And don’t forget to slow down, rest.
