Sunday afternoon well spent ✨

Today I had the pleasure of attending a cacao workshop, and I found it so interesting and inspiring 🤍

We learned about three different cacao varieties from Peru, Ecuador, and Venezuela, and I was amazed by how different each one tasted. It’s incredible that the same beautiful plant can produce such unique flavours depending on where it’s grown.

A huge thank you to Amanda for sharing her knowledge and passion. I’m so lucky to know such an inspiring woman, and I couldn’t recommend her classes more highly 🧘‍♀️💕

To top it all off, I came home with a cacao sample, which I was very excited to make for my husband ☕🤎

“Happiness often starts with noticing what you already have” 🤍

It’s so easy to look around and compare — to feel like everyone else has more, is doing more, or is further ahead.

But sometimes, happiness is found in the simplest things we already have: food on the table, fresh air, nature, a good book, time to be creative, moments to slow down, move our bodies, or just breathe.
