It’s Barnes Fair Day! Any Londoners around on this sunny Saturday, come and say hi! We have a pop-up at the legendary local fair (near the pond). There are napkins, placemats, cushions and A3 prints available - as well as a few select rolls of wallpaper at a special fair price. Also, I have a few spaces left in my diary for renovations and bespoke projects for 2026, so come and tell me your plans!

I had so much fun designing the bedrooms for this property (it’s hard to believe what they looked like before!)
I really wanted to give each bedroom character and the challenge was to stick to the clients overall request of contemporary and modern as well as make it feel homely for the rental market. There’s a fine line when it comes to this and I always had to remember - it’s not the client’s home, it has to work for everyone. All the bedrooms have a real identity and I struggle to choose a favourite!
The primary feels super grand with its 4m pitched ceiling and with the most serene views to wake up to, it’s such a restful haven. Each wooden slat was stained 3 times by hand with a Jacobean oak colour stain to make it feel rich. There’s a gorgeous outdoor terrace that shoots off of this room, as well as an en-suite and dressing room. This room gave me severe bedroom envy!😍
I wanted to do something a bit more fun for the twin room, which could be great for kids but can also be made into a super king, making it the biggest bed in the lodge! I kept it light
and bright in feel, with a touch of fresh sage green.
The 3rd bedroom feels so dark & cosy and the wooden walls give a nod to the traditional lodge feel. There’s lots of texture in this room and at night it’s the best place to be! Always inspired by one of my fave shows

This summer I returned to the idyllic to design an incredible new Swedish style lodge from the foundations up. After almost a year of delicious planning with fantastic clients, she is up and running!
The property, Maricor, is nestled amongst the most tranquil lakeside. It’s designed to feel contemporary in style with a nod to the industrial and mid century.
The homely 3 bed, 3 bath lodge was designed with the location in mind, switching up the expansive white space and injecting each room with character and natural materials.
For the ground floor, we ran a warming terracotta parquet tile throughout from The modern kitchen was grounded with a more vintage aesthetic. More pics to come 🧡

Since episode 3 of our styles have fused together to create something dazzling and distinctive - does anyone remember the lazy Susan for lazy brides!? 😜
This design, at the iconic landmark that is on the Isle of Mull’s Tobermory, was no exception. A Castle Orangery fit for a Queen. The views, the colours, the prints - a fresh burst of foliage, literally in the sky!
I was so delighted to work with Banj on this design, and double delighted the Castle’s gracious owners loved what was created!
A design moment I’ll cherish 💛

I love this gorgeous white species of Wisteria also known as Floribunda Alba.
It’s an incredible neutral version that lines the houses in my neighbourhood streets and is the inspiration for this bespoke version of my Wisteria wallpaper print for my most chattiest of friends, the beaut
It’s also close to my heart because Alba means Scotland in Gaelic 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
We had so much fun installing this one of a kind print in the bathroom, and it works perfectly with the wonderful wood finishes.

It’s important for me to respect the privacy of my clients when designing their homes - so I thought I’d share some mood boards instead!
It’s been a busy time in the studio this week. Not least with the launch of my children’s wallpaper (which I’m so excited about!)
A brilliant day out at The Ideal Home Show and some magic client work! 
On the design menu :
* Create a dazzling dining area for a client’s farmhouse in the country. 
* Design 3 bathrooms schemes for a client’s holiday rental, new build lodge in the Cotswolds. 
* Create 2 charming prints for fabrics for the reupholstery of 2 vintage tub chairs. These will be gorgeous additions to a client’s children’s rooms in an incredible Georgian townhouse in Bath that .beale and I are working on.
