# Introducing **Create and Connect**
STARTING TUESDAY 8TH SEPTEMBER 🎨✨
I’m excited to introduce a new group —CREATE AND CONNECT...a friendly, relaxed space where you can come along, get creative, make new friendships and simply take a little time out for yourself.
We’ll meet every Tuesday afternoon at Esquires Coffee, Yate, from 2pm–4pm.
The sessions are all about creativity, colour therapy, mindfulness, wellbeing, conversation and friendship. There’s no pressure to be artistic or “good” at crafts — it’s simply about having a go, enjoying yourself and spending a couple of relaxing hours with others.
The sessions are free to attend, although I will ask for a small donation of £1–£2 to help towards the cost of materials.However, I’m also trying to source as many free and recycled materials as possible to keep costs down. I’ve already collected some lovely clear Christmas baubles ready for us to decorate nearer the "C" word! 🎄
As Esquires Coffee are kindly allowing us to use their premises free of charge, it would be lovely if everyone could support them by purchasing a drink during the session where possible. Please don’t bring your own drinks. I do carry a water bottle, purely because the steroids I'm taking makes me ridiculously thirsty and I have to keep sipping 🙄
Everyone is welcome, but spaces are limited to just 10 people per session, so booking is essential.
