This beautiful Model 68 swivel recliner by Madsen & Schubell, Denmark, c.1960 has just been finished in wonderfully soft, warm-toned leather — specially selected by our customer.

And that’s one of the things we love about restoring original mid-century furniture: you don’t always have to take it exactly as you see it.

The same Model 68 can be prepared in our signature premium ivory bouclé, as shown on our website, or upholstered in a fabric or leather chosen by you. We restore the chair first, then finish it to suit the home it’s going into.

This 1930s Jindřich Halabala armchair has been fully restored and finished in beautiful top-quality green leather, chosen for its rich, naturally patinated appearance.
