We are authorised stockist of Knightsbridge PME™, JEM™, Wilton™, Culpitt™ amongst all other leading brands in the Cake Industry. We hold a comprehensive stock list of essential equipment for you cake baking and decorating needs. At Mycake & more we design and supply all types of cakes for all special occasions. We can design and supply cakes from the simple to the elaborate and cater for corporate customers with promotional cake designs. From our experience we have seen that ‘The Wilton™ Way of Cake Decorating’ courses have been an enjoyable way for students to develop new skills and further existing skills in a short space of time. For the more experienced cake decorators we run the advanced PME™ course modules which are nationally and internationally certificated diploma courses and count towards the PME Masters Certificate. All our classes take place in Chingford and we are in the throes of creating a new Classroom Training facility to supplement our present training classroom. Each kit comes with a variety of items, such as cookie cutters, cupcake cases, chocolate moulds, food colouring, lollipop sticks, sprinkles, piping bags, nozzles and a recipe sheet.

Kits cost £15 each including UK postage

We are sharing details of FMM Sugarcraft's Fight the Fakes Campaign, as we too have often heard of many of our loyal customers buying cheap so called 'branded' cutter sets online at 'bargain' prices; only for them to break after 1 or 2 uses, or for impressions and quality to be not as good as the real thing. It is so upsetting to see this, as our customers are in the long run, having to spend double the amount of money on their cake supplies. This is why we are proud to say that all the branded products we sell within our store are the real thing coming to us either directly from the manufacturer or a well known genuine distributor.

FMM FIGHTS THE FAKES!
FMM is extremely proud of it's heritage. In business for over 70 years, most of our products are designed, imagined and manufactured in the UK. There's been a worrying trend recently with fake products flooding the market so FMM have been working with Cake Decoration & Sugarcraft Magazine to highlight the effect this has on British manufacturers.
We ask you, our loyal FB friends to help us in our fight - please avoid the fakes, we know how hard it can be to pass up a ‘bargain’ but with our products you know you’re getting quality, guaranteed goods, that can last a lifetime. Fight the fakes!
