Ello!
As you have probably noticed, I am no longer posting to this page but am inclined not to delete it.

I am still printing for the shop but for my own designs and for fun.

A lot of it came down to my time and being in the shop and squirrelling away in the background but it also came down to my mental health.
I am not ashamed to say I suffer from anxiety and depression and it was eating away at me; I was just trying to do too much. Super or Wonder Woman I am not...even if at times I do feel I have a superpower managing all I need to, but my work-life balance has been restored and I feel ...... better.
Not to say I still don't suffer from the odd wibble but hey ho; that's life.

Just a wee thank you to all those who still support me and what I do.

Happy Bank Holiday weekend everyone.
I'm taking a break from WPW ~ and have been for a little while.
I'm still printing but have, as previously explained, pulled back from most of the commercial side of the business. My anxiety really got to me a bit too much and the pressure of getting workwear done for lots of people in a short space of time nearly sent me over the edge. I am a one woman show, it was a lot. Plus running the new shop with Abi (our happy place) has brought renewed passion into my life and I want to feel the joy again ~ which this venture is doing for both of us.
I want to continue supporting women in business and the little one man/woman shows too.
We all want branded stuff to help us feel we are accomplished in our trades, beliefs and selves. This is what matters to me.
Also, doing the fun creative stuff.
So, I am still available through my Andrea Wpw Burgess profile so please do drop me a line if you need me but please don't be offended if I say no to a commission. The Artisan Shoppe is my first priority and I still have my faithful complementary therapy clients to consider too.
I love you all and thank you so much for your support. I'm still here; just a little more in the background.

Well, that was .......absolutely bloomin' awful to be honest with you!
Flu. Covid. Whatever it was....EEK & OW is all I can say 🥺
Anyway, back next week.
I kept myself busy with my label maker. Yup, some may say it's a little bit sad, but I LOVE a label. 😍
I'd also like to take this opportunity to inform you all that I am taking a step back from some of my previous printing work.
The decision was made with Mr WPW just before I came down with the plague, and I've had a lot of time to reflect this past week.
Wonder woman I may wish and profess to be most of the time but to tell you the truth; it's all getting to be a bit much.



Plus, my massage therapy work, running a home and trying to have a little bit of a life.
With this in mind, I'm pulling back from many of the commercial commissions and general workwear.
I am still available for the more creative and design side of printing for smaller, one-off projects. It's not all 100% clear at present, but we'll work it out together.
Since having the shop, I've been in 7th heaven and have again unleashed my more crafty side (a new love for certain sparkles ~ more news soon), and I'm loving it. It's been a while, and I'm bringing joy back into my life.
So, to this end, all I want to say to you all is a very simple but very sincere and heartfelt THANK YOU.
