huge savings with this bargain item.

A brilliant space saving bed that can easily be made into a guests bed by rolling out the second frame and lighting the light weight frame to tune into the second bed.

Comes with both mattresses needed and both I’m fantastic condition with like new life left in both.

Top bed is a standard single size and pull out guest bed is the same height (once legs are extended but with an ever so slightly smaller mattress.

In overall fantastic condition.

Dimensions:
H:55cm x standard single dimensions.
Pull out Guest bed slightly smaller.

This is a used piece of furniture so may have signs of this including some marks but none that affect the look or use of the item.

We do not clean any piece of furniture so the new owner can do so to their own standard.

The sofa splits into two half’s for ease of moving around or transporting.
