Our Bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit made up of mind body soul and spirit. They are formed on the pattern of God’s Temple with an outer Court Inner Court and Holy of Holies. He created our bodies He created them for his kingdom purpose. He wants us to care for our bodies as much as he cares for us. We are privileged to be part of his Kingdom purpose, and to engage with his plan for our lives.

If our bodies are healthy our minds will be healthy. Our souls excellent and our spirit man God connected. So often this design of God falls apart, when we do not connect fully with God’s plan for our bodies and live in good health, so our Soul and spirit man prospers. The idea of this website is to bring a healthy lifestyle in Body Mind Soul and Spirit that will help you accomplish God’s Divine Purpose for your life.
