Who is the Protagonist of my Novel, Coming Home - Meet Graeme Pietersen - Having been raised in the United Kingdom by his Aunt and Uncle since the age of 5, after his parent's were murdered in an attack on their farm.

At a dark time in his life after surviving his injuries while serving in the British Army in Afghanistan, and then the breakdown of his first marriage, he gets a visit from a solicitor who passes on a letter from his last surviving relative urging him to return to South Africa to finish what he couldn't and find out the real reasons behind his parent's deaths. He returns home to more questions. Will the answers he finds along the way help him to be able to find peace and happiness again? Join me and him and follow his journey.

I have recently learnt a great deal about why mental health and looking after it is so important. I am typically "male" in the sense that I struggle top open up. Someone close to me is going through some stuff and recently so have I. Whether you're male or female just remember it really does help to offload. Reach out. Make that call. It will surprise you how many people will actually genuinely want to help and are likely going through similar stuff. At the very least. Get outside. It really works even when the sun isn't shining.
