Awarded by B Lab following a rigorous assessment, B Corp Certification recognises organisations that meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. It's about balancing purpose with profit and operating responsibly for the benefit of all stakeholders.
For us, the journey to certification was as valuable as the outcome itself. It gave us the opportunity to review every part of our organisation, strengthen our governance and reinforce the standards we set for ourselves. Joining the global B Corp community means we become part of a worldwide network of businesses using commerce as a force for good - sharing knowledge, learning from one another and holding each other accountable. As the home of the independent wholesaler, responsible business has always been central to what we do. This certification reflects the values that already underpin our work every day, and gives us a recognised framework to keep improving.
