💗 Sometimes, finding the perfect flooring isn't as simple as choosing what's already in the showroom...

Yesterday, a lovely customer visited us looking for a bright, vibrant salon pink carpet. We had some beautiful options on display, but nothing that was quite the shade she had in mind.

Rather than asking her to compromise, we went away, researched additional ranges and colours, and have now put together a selection of new samples for her to consider.

One thing she said really made our day: she told us she loved coming into our showroom because she felt listened to, never rushed, and genuinely supported throughout the process. Hearing that means the world to us, because that's exactly the experience we want every customer to have.

✨ Looking for something a little different? ✨

Our latest showroom window display is all about texture, coordination and choice.

In our first display you'll find Causeway Carpets Natural Coordinates, a beautifully designed collection available in Beehive, Knot and Weave. Each style shares the same carefully curated colour palette, allowing you to carry one colour throughout your home while introducing different textures to suit each room.

We've paired the collection with a selection of Jaspa woven tapes, showing how a simple border can completely transform the look of a stair runner.

Our second display showcases Causeway Nature Core and Nature Earth. Again, both ranges share the same colour palette, giving you the flexibility to choose between a contemporary ribbed finish or a softer beehive texture, without compromising on colour.

To complete the display, we've added a selection of Crucial Trading striped runners alongside more Jaspa woven tapes to inspire even more bespoke combinations.

✨ Stair Runner Installation Complete ✨

Yesterday, while temperatures climbed to around 36°C, Brian was out doing what he does best – creating beautiful staircases with the same care and attention to detail as always.

This stunning installation features Crucial Trading Alpine Flat Weave in Birch White, paired with Jaspa woven tape in Tyler and finished with elegant Homepage stair rods in Antique Brass.

The subtle herringbone weave, soft neutral tones and contrasting border work perfectly together to create a timeless, tailored look. It's a design that feels both classic and contemporary, adding texture, warmth and character to the heart of the home.

A perfect example of how the right combination of carpet, tape and finishing details can completely transform a staircase.
