After being nominated, shortlisted, answering questions, submitting our work and providing pictorial evidence, we are absolutely thrilled to announce that Beehive Florist is a FINALIST in the British Florist Association’s Retail Florist of the Year 2026! 🐝🏆

And now… we need YOU! 💛

Last year we were incredibly proud to finish 3rd in the UK, and this year we’re hoping it could be our time to go one step further. 🤞

Being recognised amongst some of the very best florists in the country means so much to our small, independent, family-run business. We’ve been doing what we love for over 30 years, constantly learning, evolving, creating, improving and trying to make Beehive Florist the very best it can be.

Our Autumn Collection Has landed 🍁

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our dearest Harold.

Harold wasn’t just a member of our team – he became part of the Beehive family. A truly kind, gentle and caring gentleman, with the warmest smile and the biggest heart, he touched the lives of everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.

After dedicating so many years to the floristry industry, from running flower shops to owning his own successful floral sundries company, Harold decided to retire. But when we found ourselves needing a delivery driver “just for a few weeks”, he kindly agreed to help us out. Those few weeks became a number of wonderful years, and we were incredibly lucky to have him as part of our team.

Harold was always there with a smile, a story to tell (or a joke) and a willingness to help. He was loved by us and our customers alike, his kindness, humour and gentle nature will never be forgotten. He leaves behind so many treasured memories that we will hold close to our hearts.

Our thoughts, love and deepest sympathy are with David, Gill and all of Harold’s family during this incredibly difficult time. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful man with us.

Sleep peacefully, dear Harold. Thank you for everything. You will forever remain a part of the Beehive family and will be deeply missed. 💛🐝
