It’s been a week since I last took any orders, so instead of sitting around getting bored, I decided to give my business a little refresh. ✨
So, this week was all about updating my costing and ordering system, doing a full inventory check, and reviewing ingredient prices.
I honestly can’t believe how much some of my ingredients have already gone up in price, considering I only started this business a couple of months ago! 😅 Running a small business definitely means constantly adapting, learning, and making sure everything still works behind the scenes.
Not every productive day involves baking—sometimes it’s all about keeping the business running smoothly. 💛
