TLV (UK) Ltd was formed in 2003 to import and supply high quality Norwegian carded wool for felt making and spinning. Our Norwegian supplier Hifa has been producing carded fleece for felt slippers since 1930. As well as the natural wool, in the 1980s they started to produce dyed fleece in coloured batts. Since then their production of coloured wool has grown steadily. Norwegian wool felts easily a

nd retains its quality of colour in the felting process. It is very versatile and can be used to make a lightly-felted but strong fabric. Norwegian Wool is a very popular fleece for clothes, shoes, sculptures/figures, decoration and pictures. It is excellent for feltmaking workshops, courses in feltmaking, craft sessions in schools and as a spinning wool.

Spring greens are in full swing! 💚🌱

I love working with all the fresh, natural shades of green, moss, sage, soft leafy tones and they feel perfect for this time of year. The light’s better, the days are longer, and it’s just easier to sit down and make.

I’ve also been doing lots of felting and these colours are just so scrumptious to work with.

We’ve got some beautiful wool in all these spring shades perfect for all of your weaving, stitching and felting projects.

Easter is nearly here, and we have lots of gorgeous wool for all those fabulous creative ideas of yours. 🐣🌷

We’ve got so many beautiful shades in our C1 range perfect for bringing those Easter makes to life. From soft pastels to brighter spring tones, it’s hard not to feel inspired.
