A sequence where you do standing postures for strength ,balance and flexibility
Sitting postures , i give different options so you can adapt to what your body can do.
Then lying on the floor postures meditation and relaxation.

Hi everyone Yoga is on at Brampton Community centre Tuesdays 5.30-6.30pm.
A practice of standing postures , sitting on the floor or if you prefer a chair to start with .A mix to get your whole body moving again. With practice you can regain strength, flexibility and stamina. Yoga and breath together making strength from your inside as well as the outside. Getting mobility back🙂
There are spaces available still £30 for a block of 5 weeks or £7 drop in .
Bring own mat if possible I have a spare. Comfy clothes. All welcome. See you there love Hilary 🧘🙏💖
