We’ve been putting our new enrobing machine to work, and this is what the team’s been creating.
Jammy Dodgers - a proper layer of Belgian milk chocolate around a classic, with that satisfying snap as you bite through.
Viennese Whirls - delicate biscuit wrapped in a thick coating, balancing soft and crisp in every bite.
Bourbons - a familiar favourite, finished with a generous layer that gives it a whole new feel.
Custard Creams - smooth, creamy centres with that signature chocolate shell on the outside.
Oreos - fully coated in milk chocolate, giving you that contrast between crunch and a clean snap.
It’s been a big step forward for us as we keep developing what we do at Castle Chocolates, and the team’s been enjoying every part of it! 🤩
