THE CENTRE OF THE UNIVERSE

After serving almost 30 years as the epicentre of the Cardiff skate scene (and by extension, the rest of South Wales) our beloved Bute Square is soon to be demolished.

In honour of all this history our good mate Nick Richards has put together this 10 minute documentary where he chats to various local legends about what the space means to them and what the future may look like without our home away from home.

SPOTTED EPISODE 2: HORSESHOE LEDGE

The only spot you can actually see from the shop. This horseshoe ledge hasn’t really seen a lot of action over the years - probably something to do with the being knobbed for a while, having a huge chunk missing for years, being a popular hangout spot for UberEats riders, public Karoke, and general high foot traffic.

The gates wide open now though, ready for you to place your bets on who’s next to send it round the bend
