Here’s a little pic of me and my beloveds…

Proud as punch because somehow, in this heat, we’ve managed to keep the chocolates alive and perfectly chilled.

There has been constant temperature checking, a lot of hovering, a little bit of panic, and an engineer on standby just in case but we’ve done it 🙌🏻

The chocolate cabinet is behaving, the truffles are happy, and I am very relieved 😅

Thank you for not judging my obsessive temperature checks chocolate is high maintenance, but worth it. Honestly, these chocolates have had better climate control than I have this week. 🤣

Pop in for a treat they’re looking beautiful. x

The sun is shining 😎
I know, I know, I am stating the obvious when we’re all slowly melting 🫠☀️

Hoping today is a better day than yesterday! We had major WiFi problems, our window is still looking a little bare because the sun is just too strong and causing sun fade, and today we’ve got an engineer coming out to check the internet… although obviously it now seems to be working fine (Sod’s Law)

It’s slightly cooler today, so we’re taking that as a win. Hope you’re all staying hydrated, getting those sun hats on, and enjoying the sunshine while it’s here.

Strawberry season just got a little bit better 🍓
Strawberry & Champagne truffles have landed 🥂
And yes… we can confirm they are very yummy.
As you know, we always taste test our chocolates before they hit the shelf purely for quality control 😉
