Good morning everyone.
I've got some lovely lilac tweeds to be working with this morning. I'll be doing some animal embroidery this week. It's been a long time since I've done them so I'm excited ( especially to see the otter) to see what comes up x

I've had a lovely couple of days off exploring this lovely island. I've been out and about on my bike. I had the dogs along the moll road which has now been turned into a cycle track. Me and the boys went down. I have to watch as the boys don't go as fast at points with the bike, so today I left them at home. I went out to the quarry on the Marble line outside Broadford. So much history out there, very sad history due to the clearances. My heart always aches a bit when I visit these places where clearly there was a huge amount of life happening and for it to just no longer exist is so tragic. Back at it tomorrow. Hope you guys are having a lovely Sunday

I mentioned a couple of weeks ago that even if you can't get up to Skye whilst on holiday you can order stuff and I can happily post to your hotel. Well this last customer wanted one of Billy's stools. And whilst I don't stock them anymore I'm happy to take orders for them. This lady ordered a stool 6 cases and a baby blanket. It happens Billy is going to be passing her hotel so these ones will be hand delivered. Excited to see what she thinks. All in the Ferguson tartan. She also ordered 8 Harris tweed cases all being delivered tomorrow

That's both bags now finished. I adore this tweed as it's quintessentially recognised as Harris Tweed. The herringbone is a timeless design and very very classy. I'll be popping these online when I get back from walking the hounds!!! Comments likes and loves are always appreciated as my posts are getting smaller and smaller reach due to the algorithms 💞💞💞💞

I haven't done this design for a while. it's very time consuming and it was the last design I did when it broke. Well it's got through this like a hot knife through butter.
