Holding on to positive energy is an artform. It takes time to master.

Practice taking time at the end of the day to look back and find, name and recognise at least one positive thing that happened. I've found it's helped me to jot them down in a notebook, so even on the darkest days when I struggle to name something I have a book of little wins to read through and remind myself that there is good in my life.

It will give you the hope you need to keep going, no matter how hard it feels.

It made me remember the advice I was given: Work to live, not live to work.
