When you choose a ring from me, whether it's something you've seen in the collection or something we design together, you're buying something that very few jewellers can offer.
A ring made entirely by hand, from the metal up, with no casting, no manufacturing team, and no stage of the process that is not done by hand.
That's not how most jewellery is made. Casting is the standard approach across the industry, and it produces beautiful rings.
However, hand-forging is different. Using over two decades of goldsmithing skills, the metal is shaped directly, which produces a denser, more durable structure that can only be obtained from many years of practical experience.
Creating rings that are quite literally made to be worn every day for a lifetime and then passed on. The way they're made is the reason they become heirlooms.
The same uncompromising approach goes into every gemstone. I source and select each one personally. I'm always looking beyond the obvious. Colour, clarity, depth, and the way the stone holds light from within rather than simply catching it on the surface. The gem needs to have character. That quality is what makes a sapphire unique, and it's what I'm looking for every time.
From your first conversation to the moment your ring is finished, you will either speak to me or Steve, who handles a lot of the enquiries and updates, so I can concentrate on making your unique ring.
A ring from Lilia Nash Jewellery is 100% handmade by me, not passed from person to person for each stage of the making process or cast, so you know that every step from a molten bead of metal to the moment you put the ring on your finger has been made to the highest quality and with passion for the craft.
