If you rewind back a few years Tara Murphy was eventing - she has swapped eventing for riding racehorses and has just absolutely bolted up at Nottingham, raising money for the Autism in Racing fund raising race - check her out in the video from Nottingham below! https://gofund.me/8bb6d701f Huge well done Tara!

Whilst the 2026 season didn’t end quite as planned for Caroline Powell Eventing, both horse and rider are safely home, and we simply couldn’t resist sharing these spectacular shots of them quite literally flying! 🐎✈️

Over and out for the 2026 British Eventing season!

Wow wow wow!! Huge congratulations to Nic and Rooni following their Inter 2 Silver Champion WIN at Aintree High Profile! Honestly the work that Nic puts into Rooni proves that hard work and dedication pays off!

Fabulous and well done 💙

Aintree high profile ✅

What a horse 😍 Mega mega mega boy! Really settled and calm. Such a good boy to stable as always. Didn’t blink about 2 prize givings/ loud music in the warm up 🧁

Smashing inter 2 silver test - I needed more activity in the passage but the pi/pa trans were better from keeping it small, needed more engagement in the HP but all very neat and correct 🔥 Plus halted and walked today 😄

The judges agreed for a win with 65.05% 🥳 Scores are consistent and the confidence is growing for both of us. No rug but we finally got our mitts on a sash this year ❤️

Gorgeous pic from Majestic Media 📸

This was actually our second HP at this level, the first did not go to plan back in August (being transparent) as he got his tongue over the bit in about the second movement and then reared 🤦🏼‍♀️ Fair. We got eliminated. Also fair. So yeah… Anything would’ve been an improvement on that!

Big thank you to The Charnwood Vet Physio for coming out to him this week (feeling his best ever!) 🥳 And a big thanks to Fran & H for helping me!

Onwards ✊🏻

🐴 THINGS HAVE GONE A LITTLE MAD AT FORELOCK & LOAD! 😂

We've officially gone miniature!

Meet the Forelock & Load team... LeMieux Toy Pony style!

Five riders. Five ponies. An awful lot of personality. And not a single sensible decision between us. 🤣

We had far too much fun making this little film, and now we're wondering whether our miniature alter egos might actually be better at running the shop than we are...

🎬 Watch until the end to see us arrive at Forelock & Load!

And if you've fallen in love with the LeMieux Toy Pony world, we've got a gorgeous collection of ponies, riders and miniature accessories waiting for you.

🐴 Shop online at forelockandload.com or come and see us in store. Use the code TOY10 to get 10% all toy ponies and toy riders until 6th October 7:30pm

Now, the important question... which pony would YOU choose? 👀
