*All items are decorated according to your specifications but please note this page does not supply any item containing copyrighted material such as Disney, DC, Marvel, Childrens characters etc. Nor will items designed by someone else be directly copied.
* Most items are made to order only and many items are not kept as stock.
* A 50% non refundable deposit is required on all orders and items are only eligible for a refund if they arrive faulty.
* All items are posted first class tracked delivery and are packaged to a high standard to ensure their safe arrival. Charella Crafts does not accept responsibility for any items damaged in the post.
* Upon average the waiting time is approximately 1-3 weeks although this can be longer during busier periods such as Christmas, Easter, Mothers/Fathers day End of school year etc. custom cut/designed wood blanks will take considerably longer.
* PLEASE NOTE :- some orders will take longer than others depending upon the availability of stock.
