Delivery 🚘

Most of our items will include delivery to the local areas. Local being :-
Burnley, Nelson, Brierfield, Padiham, Colne, Read, Simonstone, Barrowford, Earby, Harle Syke, Altham, Blacko, Sabden.

If delivery is extra it will specify.

Deliveries will be on one day a week and will be advised. Same day delivery is available for a small fee if ordering on a non-delivery day.

Deliveries outside of the area are welcome, just drop us a message.

Postage items are available, payment via PayPal or cashapp ONLY, no bank transfer or other payment system.

Please respect our deliveries, if you say you are going to be in make sure you are. We will leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not home and you have paid for it.

Anyone reserving an item and not completing the purchase on the day of delivery will be given a warning and an offer of redelivery with a £2 additional fee or collection. You can always delay delivery for the next week if you are struggling to be available and let us know before we try to deliver.
A second instance of this will result in being banned. We can only delay delivery once.

Collections are always welcome but only at specified times due to one of the members of the household being unwell. Please discuss this with us.

Delivery for larger items can be arranged at extra costs but most large items will be collection only.

Welcome to Up-Market please read our terms of sale conditions very carefully as all our items are SOLD AS SEEN.

We are on online carboot but a little more up-market for when 'up market' - isn't quite enough. We source the best in catalogue returns, warranty repair items, box damaged, used and repaired items around the internet to bring you great deals.

Due to the range in condition we advise you carefully read the full description including asking for more details or photos if required. There are no returns as standard but in a lot of cases, a manufacturer warranty will be included or we will provide testing assurance.

Items may have missing or damaged boxes or missing parts, this will be mentioned in the listing if this is the case and is not a reason for return.

Some items will be brand new and will come with all the standard manufacturers warranty. This will be stated and we always suggests to try the warranty help even on broken and damaged items as they may never have been registered at the time of original purchase.

Some items will be untested due to an inability to test and will be marked as such. These cannot be returned.

Some items will have been tested by us and will come with a 30 day warranty. Where a suitable replacement cannot be given a refund will be given as long as the item has a genuine fault and has not been damaged accidentally or otherwise. Anyone taking advantage of this return policy will be named, shamed and banned.

Some items will be broken and the ad will state this. There are no returns on these items.

Some items may be used but tested as working. Used items will always be advised as such, cleaned by us before repacking and come with a 7 day return policy. If a used item develops a fault we will provide a replacement or refund. Again, please do not abuse our fair policy.

All our items are genuine to the best of our knowledge, if it says it's Armani - it is. Any replicas or items we are not 100% sure are genuine will say so and will generally not be available via the page unless great quality. Returning an item that says it is a copy because you thought it wasn't fake is not an option.
