All orders are paypal at time or order and are done so via a invoice from Cute As Buttons
*RETURNS POLICY*
Custom items and personalised items cannot be returned. Prior to posting I will forward you a picture of the item/s ordered to ensure you are happy with the finished result, anything that needs changing can be done at this point prior to postage. You have 14 days in which you can cancel your order, from the date of the order received unless its for a personalised item which
under the distance selling rules will not be refunded, if work has already been started on the items , if said work has not been started it will be the pages discretion as to refund . If once you have received your items you are not happy please contact me straight away so we can reach a resolution and if you wish to return
please do so within 14 days, again personalised items are excluded from this . Either a replacement or refund will be given upon receipt of items being returned to me. If any item posted to you arrives damaged please take a photo of the packaging as well as the damaged item and send it to me via private message. The item will then need to be posted back to me or in case of large item i will arrange collection via courier. (please get a copy of proof of postage as if the item is lost in the post without proof I will be unable to provide a replacement or refund),
upon me receiving the item I will reimburse the cost of postage to return it and send you a replacement.
*POSTAGE POLICY*
All items are sent by My hermes courier . The price will depend on the size/weight of the items and will be stated on individual items or on request via message. Proof of postage is via the hermes site and this is a tracked servie x
Once your items have been posted you will receive a confirmation email or private message. All delivery details completion of orders will be discussed during the ordering process and i will keep you informed along the way if there are any delays
