When we took over as owners of The Rowan Tree, it came with a LOT of extra stock. We needed a secure place to store it, so had to hire a storage container. Now that we have moved house, we have plenty of room for everything … so, at long last, after weeks of moving things, it’s ‘goodbye’ storage container … and hello home chaos 😜

We popped into Cafe At The Club at Budleigh Salterton Football Club this morning and had an absolutely amazing breakfast. The food was lovely, the portions were generous, and the service was so friendly and welcoming.

It’s always great to see something new open locally, and we’d really encourage people in Budleigh and the surrounding area to give it a go. Supporting local cafes and small enterprises helps keep our community vibrant, friendly and thriving.

If you fancy a good breakfast, a coffee, or just somewhere welcoming to stop by, this is well worth a visit. Let’s support local and help give this new venture the best possible start.

I’ve decided that I need a bit more ‘incidental’ exercise - so decided to walk home after work today. Lo and behold, it’s sunny 🌞, so decided to stop into Communally Curative Creatives and check out their hat range to keep that burning ball from frying me!
As you can see, I got myself a beautiful, one of a kind (I think) Maggots hat! Love it 🥰.
