Fragrance: Geranium has a scent that evokes the scent of rose with a hint of lemon. It is thought that geraniums contain compounds similar to those that give roses their scent, which is why they are often marketed as rose scents.

Make your own homemade aromatherapy playdough to help calm and relax you.

What you’ll need:
Flour
Salt
Cream of tartar
Water
Coconut oil
Food coloring (optional)
Organic Essential oil

🥰 Great for the whole family 🥰

*Blueberries – Heat up some blueberries in blueberry water (strain the fruit) and add a cup full (slowly in increments) to your dry dough mix. This makes such a pretty pastel purple colour.

Cocoa powder – add a good heaped teaspoon of cocoa to your boiling water and stir and dissolve before adding slowly to your dough.

Turmeric – An earthy spice that produces the most vibrant of yellow shades. A great addition to play dough. Again add a good teaspoon to your boiling water.

Strawberries and Vanilla – Such a lovely aroma! Pop a few damaged strawberries into water with a few drops of vanilla and cook up a cup full of strawberry water (strain out the fruit).

Matcha and Peppermint essence -A green dough that smells like a mint delight. We added a good teaspoon along with some peppermint essence to achieve a lovely green hue.

Deposit will only be refunded if the therapist has to cancel and the appointment cannot be rearranged.

Exciting news for the new year is that I will be offering a small client base some routine appointments. My health has significantly improved so I'd like to dip my toe back into the waters of work.

Incase you don't have anyone to remind you;

Enjoy the beautiful views of fresh snow while staying cosy and warm.

If you have to travel, as always please consider your journey carefully.

Lots of layers keep you warmer than one thick layer so wrap up!

Protect your skin with moisturiser and a barrier type cream, something waxy is fab. Animal fat is great too if you don't follow a vegan lifestyle.

Porridge for breakfast and Warm soup for lunch is a must of you can.

Heating on for a bit to keep the pipes from bursting and to cosy the home.

Remember to open your windows for five minutes every few hours to keep the house fresh.

A brisk walk if the weather permits will ironically keep you warm too.
