Trying somthing different with my Christmas Garland decoration this year....found an large branch in the woods.. after drying it out and disinfecting it, I decorated it.... I think it's kind of a mix of a traditional natural earth theme with an modern upcycled twist.

Going to try have a go at a version of this next time I have a spare day 😆

Had a meander through the woods to take photos yesterday...ended with me carrying this huge lump of wood (heaver than it looks) further than I remembered walking in. Still it was worth the muscle ache, as its now had its first clean up and sand down and is tacktile and smooth to the touch ...and also heavy and solid so it should do well as an intended, which will hopefully be the soothing sounds of a standing monolith type, wooden waterfall feature. MORE ON THIS PROJECT TO COME.
