Are you passionate about chocolate and eager to learn the art of chocolate making? Join our small, dedicated team as a Trainee Chocolatier and immerse yourself in the exciting world of artisan chocolate production!

Job Type Full-time, 9-5, 5 days a week, or flexible for the correct candidate

What We Offer:

- Experience across all areas of chocolate production, from preparation to
packaging and retail.
- Full training provided—no previous experience necessary, just a passion for chocolate and a strong work ethic.
- A hands-on position with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
- A friendly, close-knit team and a positive working atmosphere.
- The opportunity for the right candidate to grow into the position of a fully trained chocolatier, taking on more day-to-day responsibilities.

The Role:

As a Trainee Chocolatier, you’ll work alongside our experienced chocolatiers, learning the processes and techniques that go into creating our premium chocolates. This is a physically demanding role that will require flexibility and a willingness to help across various tasks, from production to quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

- As a trainee you will assist in chocolate production, including mixing, moulding, and packaging.
- Providing relief in the shop, assisting customers and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
- Work closely with the team to meet production targets and seasonal demands.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

What We're Looking For:

- Able to handle the demands of factory work.
- Strong team player with a "muck in" mentality.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop your skills in the chocolate-making process.
- Reliable and hardworking with a great attitude.
- A genuine passion for chocolate is a must!
