Decided to escape from the crowds of Bangkok and party islands to a place that feels virtually deserted .
koh kood is certainly this place .
A 6 hr bus ride to Trat province which is close to the Cambodian border is worth going the extra mile. Home again now ,to the wet and cold of the U.K. 😂💦

Been a number of years since last visiting Marrakesh and Hi Atlas Mountains
With only 3 hrs flight time ,to get some much needed winter sun .☀️
Morocco has so much to offer year round .
Found low season to be a better time to avoid huge crowds, challenging at times with cold mountain temperatures and landslides were common whilst traveling the Tiz n Test pass
After being hit with a powerful earthquake a year or so ago the country is getting back on its feet . # backpackingholidays # wintersun

Diwali 🪔 festival is fast approaching and is magical time to be here 🥳🙏
Exciting to see what is being cut up from this collection of mainly U.K. soured minerals .
The skills of these talented lapidary artists really bring to life these dull looking rocks , transforming into one off designs .
Silver prices are not the best right now, so have made small lighter cabouchons to accommodate this .
