Feeling very grateful this morning… 🌞🤍

I’m working from home today. I sat in my garden, coffee in hand, with the sun beaming down on me. In that moment, I felt happy, proud and overall grateful for life. Which for someone with depression, those moments can be rare.

In this moment I feel grateful for my life, a life that I fought so hard for. Now I’m here. Little me would have a beaming smile, almost outshining the sun 🥰🤍

It's important to me that I remember these moments and I wanted to share for anyone who's feeling lost, battling mental health, or if you’re feeling the same as me.

Take a moment today. Think of all you have gone through and be proud! Hold your head up high my darlings!! 🤍🤍
