Welcome to HGT Audio services, we offer professional Guitar, Bass & Amp repairs in the East & West Sussex area. Aside from repairs I am also for hire as a Backline Technician having earned my stripes along bands & musicians such as Sleeper, Orange Goblin, Phil Campbell (Motorhead), Skindred, Massive Wagons & The Radiophonic Workshop from club to arena level. Full Guitar/ Bass service £35 (£45 for

guitars with Floyd Rose tremolos) 3-4 day turnaround

Pickup replacement £15 for a single replacement or £30 for a full set 1-2 Day turnaround

Full Guitar or Bass electrics rewire £45 -3-4 day turnaround

Jack input & Switch replacements £15 3-4 day turnaround

Fret Level & dressing £50 3-4 day turnaround

Hardware replacement - Phone for qoute & estimated completion time

Headstock & body breakages - Phone for qoute & estimated completion time

Would have preferred CTS pots as opposed to Alpha, but customer supplied their own bits and tbh they’re just fine!

Been a bit slow in the workshop of late, lots going on and lots of going away pretending to be good at my job 🤣💪

Anyway, gaining some momentum today so jobs are shifting fast, here’s a few notable examples!

1. Marshall 100W Master Volume - Service
2. Electro Harmonix Mig 50 - blowing fuses due to a shorted filter cap. Note the bulge on top of the cap, a good indicator
3. Tokai Love Rock Les Paul getting a new set of guts (not actual guts, just wire, potentiometers & boring stuff)

Lock and load!

This “definitely not a strat” strat is now loaded with x2 Seymour Duncan pickups, a single volume & x2 DPDT switch’s for coil tapping each pickup individually, offering a nice combination in the middle position when both pups are split!

Anyway, I think it looks great and I’m sure looking forward to how it sounds!
