last weekend , a gentleman came into the shop , and during the course of the conversation , I discovered that he creates flowers , from sugar .That sounds quite ho-hum...but ...when I first looked at some of his pics shown to me by an American lady he had entered with , I thought they were excellent photos of flowers , it was only when she told me that they were all sugar , that I realized I was in the presence of a true genius , and that is not something I say every day . If you would like to see for yourself , find Robert Haynes , Sugar Flower Studio Academy , and be prepared to be stunned .
