Fresh from Shambala’s Naughty Morties, prepare to Dance-Dance-Dance!

On the blue channel Steph has “one objective, to make you DANCE! I play fusions and genre-defying mashups of House, Breakbeat, D&D, Latin and Afrobeat… I love to throw in some wildcards too!”

Steph sensibly isn’t on social media so you’ll have to take my word for what a treat you are in for on Friday 11th September at Brighton Open Air Theatre So excited for how much you are all gonna love Steph on the decks 🙌

The legendary local DJ behind Sister Rays / Lust for Life and Alternative club nights at Savannah/Escape and Zap… brings you a superlative Indie set.

On the green channel you can expect Indie, classic Ska, Punk, Hip Hop, Electronic, Rock, Reggae and everything in between.

Gremlin - AKA Dave McLean runs the epic Rockin’ Stopmers group on Facebook. It celebrates the music scene in Brighton and Sussex and well worth checking out (link in comments)

Hush BOAT Disco

Hush Beats Disco is excited to be running our first live DJ silent disco at the gorgeous Brighton Open Air Theatre on Friday 11th September 7-10pm with a licensed bar!

We will be properly introducing our DJs real soon but a little taste of the type of music they will be playing!

Events- Tickets and music info

✋I set a max capacity for my events. If the event is sold out you can join the waiting list
📋 In the week before the event I may increase the capacity (and would release tickets to the waitlist). That depends on loads of factors (crew numbers, silent disco kit hires to others, time of year etc)
🚪 On the door tickets may be available and I will share that info in stories and in my WhatsApp group on the day. Cash is best!
😬 I was gutted to disappoint folks at our 14th August event. And felt awful not being able to reply to individual messages about how to get tickets (hence this post). Great to be popular, sad to have ignored people
😱 I don’t want to sell tickets in a panic but I also want to keep people informed of how many spaces we have. And be honest that more spaces may get released. I just don’t know till nearer the time

📝 For most of my events people can request a track or two when buying a ticket
🤔 Not all requests make the playlists. I have a lot to balance to try and keep most folks happy
🎧 The three channels tend to offer enough variety to please most folks
💃 Most events are freestyle and you do your own thing but we occasionally get the pleasure of Rosaria Gracia leading us all in shared and directed movements
