The scent that beeswax produces is the natural smell of the wax. It neutralises smells and produces no toxins as artificial waxes do. Negative ions are produced when beeswax candles are burned, these draw impurities and pollution from the air. The light produced from a flame of a beeswax candle is in the same spectrum as sunlight and is beneficial during winter.
