Terms and Conditions Definitions •Seller refers to the party that the item is being ordered from. •Customer refers to the party or organization who has ordered the item. • Item refers to the product ordered by the customer from the seller. Product descriptions /Photographs •The item descriptions /photographs are a guide only and due to the handmade/bespoke nature of the item, certain details may vary slightly from description/photograph, such as buttons, ribbons etc. Payment •Payment is through paypal or a credit/debit card, using the paypal checkout system. •Payment is due within 48 hrs of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed between the customer and the seller. Delivery of Order •Items will be delivered within the time frame agreed between the seller and the customer. •If no time frame is agreed the seller has no more than 30 days from the day the contract is made to deliver the item. •The seller is responsible for the item until it is received by the customer or someone else nominated on the customers behalf such as a neighbour. •If you do not wish your items to be left with, for example a neighbour etc. Please specify this in the note to seller. Cancellation of order •Cancelation of an item can take place anytime between placing your order and 14 days after you receive your item. •The item must then be returned within 14 days. •A refund will be issued within 14 days of the seller receiving the returned item, or evidence of the customer having returned the item (for example proof of postage receipt from the Post Office). •Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer. Privacy •The customers information will remain confidential and will not be shared, sold or rented to any 3rd party.
