Can’t believe it’s been a year already working with the team at .

This was a Trail Trophy we created last year to mark someone completing their first canicross event — a small piece to remember the miles, the climbs, and the journey shared with their four-legged teammate.

Huge congratulations to everyone who took on the Beast of The Blacks 10, 20 or 40 today.
And what a day for it — great weather compared to the last few weeks.

Hope everyone had a brilliant day out on the trails and your legs aren’t too jelly like tomorrow!

Nothing quite says Valentine’s Day like seeing how long you can stay out on the trails with (or away) from your significant other!

Today’s Backyard Ultra – Valentine’s Edition ❤️

Beacons Way.

100 miles.
The Beacons Way Ultra — with the full route and elevation captured, and Ben’s finish time marked on the back.

This one was a surprise gift from his parents to mark an incredible achievement — a way to remember the entire journey, not just the finish time. Every climb, every low point, every mile accounted for.

These aren’t about medals or podiums.
They’re about the routes that test you, shape you, and stay with you long after the legs have recovered.

Well done, Ben. A serious effort, on a serious route .

Mini WWT has just taken up junior parkrun, picked up his half-marathon band this week, and turned it straight into a PB and his first 1st place.

We know isn’t about winning — but setting goals, chasing PBs, and enjoying a bit of friendly competition is all part of the fun… especially for an eight-year-old!

He’s now aiming for the gold band – 250 runs, and this felt like the perfect way to track the journey.
His Trail Trophy marks his home junior parkrun — slightly exaggerated to show the gentle inclines — and finished in a colour he chose himself to match his running top. Priorities!!

Love seeing kids of all ages getting involved, and even better when the parents join in too.
We can’t keep up with ours though — far too fast already.

Only 238 more to go! 🏃‍♂️✨

Still buzzing from this morning…
Huge thanks to and the crew for the surprise shoutout — properly made our day. 🎙️

After Chris conquered the with Pegasus Ultra Running, got in touch wanting to add something extra personal to the already incredible Pegasus swag. She sneakily sent over his Strava data… and we got to work.

From raw data to a one-of-a-kind Trail Trophy — a physical memory of 200 brutal, beautiful miles. And hearing that Chris and the lads genuinely loved it? That’s what this is all about.

You can order your own route, race, ride or adventure as a Trail Trophy — just a heads-up though… we can’t guarantee Christmas delivery now 🎄 but we’ll always do our best.

For over twenty years, one teacher has led their class up The Kymin in the very first week of term — a muddy-boot tradition marking the start of a new school year. ✨

This year, they discovered Well Worn Trails and wanted a Trail Trophy not just as a keepsake, but as a teaching tool — a way to trace the route, discuss the steep bits, and plan where to pause for breath before the final climb.

And, of course, to mark the real highlight of the day…
…the part on the way back down where the over-enthusiastic pigs decided to join the adventure and chased the children halfway across the field. 🐷💨

A small story cast in solid form — celebrating two decades of laughter, learning, and trails that shape memories. 🧭

We’ve crafted a custom Well Worn Trail trophy to honour the endurance and resilience it takes to keep answering the bell. Simple, solid, built to last – just like the runners who’ll be pushing further than they thought possible.

🌿 Muntjac 15 is here 🌿

Tomorrow the Danbury trails will host 15 miles of 🌲 woodland climbs, winding descents ⬇️ and single-track grit 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ — all brought to you by the team at . But the story doesn’t end at the finish line.

🏆 The first, second and third male and female finishers will each receive a Mini Trail Trophy in 🥇 Gold, 🥈 Silver and 🥉 Bronze — a small reminder of a big effort.

🍊 Out on the course, there’s also a hidden Strava segment 🔥. The fastest male and female on that stretch will become King or Queen Of the Hidden Strava Section. Could you be KOHSS 👑 or QOHSS 👑 tomorrow?

A Month off, now the Beast returns.

is back, and so are we.

From the steep pull out of Llangattock, along the canal, out across the mountain and past the Lonely Shepherd — this route has teeth. Caves, valleys, and a finish that makes you earn it.

This year, the Beast shares a neighbour — Green Man Festival is happening just over the way. Music in the air, mud underfoot… and miles in between.

💥 32 Ultra – big miles, bigger climbs
🔥 20 Mile – two laps, twice the grind
⚡ 10 Mile – sharp and scenic
🏃‍♂️ 10K – short, steep, unforgiving

Whatever the distance, turning up is half the battle.

This was first ever ultra — and their first shared one. .0 had done it before, so this time he took on a new challenge: guiding Helen through every brutal climb, rough patch, and moment of doubt — and handing over snacks like a seasoned pro

They laughed, they swore, they nearly got divorced somewhere around mile 24… but they crossed that finish line together.

Now she’s got the bug — and they’ve both signed up for The Riddum. Apparently, suffering is better in pairs.

This Trail Trophy marks the start of their shared ultra journey — forged in mud, miles, and mutual madness. Gifted to them from us as they are our besties! 🤣
