⭐️ New Directions ⭐️

✨ 2027 will look very different here at River Meadow

✨ This scary drought and extreme heat have vindicated a decision I was already in the process of making. This has been such a challenging year for cut flower growers & livestock and arable farmers. Growing anything is never easy but when it stops raining for over a month and we see temperatures in the mid-thirties, it’s disastrous. So, from 2027 I have decided…

✨ To concentrate fully on my beautiful crop of 2,600 Peonies 🙏🏻

✨ I have LOVED being your go-to florist for homegrown, British-grown flowers 🥰 It’s time for me to say Goodbye to (most) floristry

✨ For 2027 I will be offering the following:

⭐️ Peonies in May/June - both retail & wholesale (stay tuned for Peony Subscriptions!)

⭐️ Talks & Tours - I love doing these at the farm!

⭐️ Workshops - Stay tuned for Peony-themed workshops & tours ❤️

✨ Occasionally I may be able to offer other flowers for collection so it’s worth emailing me if you have a particular request ☺️ but that’s it! Streamlined, slimmed down and Peony-focussed 😍

⭐️ W E D D I N G S ⭐️

✨ A real thrill and pleasure of my job is being asked to be a part of someone’s wedding day ❤️

✨ I’ve loved creating wedding flowers for my lovely couples snd this is my latest, for Bethan & Tim at the glorious Treberfydd House

✨ Next year things will look quite different here at River Meadow as we concentrate properly on our beautiful field of Peonies ❤️

✨ We’re treasuring the memories we’re making of our last weddings this summer as we won’t officially be offering weddings from next year (unless they are very teeny and/or are based at Treberfydd)
